==Plot==
Patchy is about to delivery a special present to SpongeBob, but his boat's out of gas. After failing to fix it, he goes to SpongeBob on foot instead. In the sea, Gary gives SpongeBob a slime jellyfishing net for his birthday when he wakes up. Meanwhile, Sandy is trying to teach Patrick what he's supposed to do. When it's time, Patrick remembers what he's supposed to do and goes up to [[SpongeBob's house]]. He has trouble greeting him and ends up forgetting his memory, but SpongeBob knows that he's bringing him on a sightseeing tour and goes on the bus with him.

Several people take out SpongeBob's stuff and put them in [[Squidward's house]] in order to make room for the party stuff. Meanwhile, Rube states the rules of the bus and drives it out of the ocean with help from the [[French Narrator]] using [[French Narrator's submarine|his submarine]]. They see some local human activity on the beach until they reach their first stop: [[Beach Blanket Bean-Go]], where the host asks several questions to the contestants about bean-related stuff while they also get covered in bean slime.

Patrick gets tempted by the beans and he rides the bus over to the contestant area. The bean cannon shoots the bean slime and it falls into the bus. Patrick eats all the beans, but ends up drinking all the water too. Fortunately, there's a beach shower nearby where they can refill the bus. At SpongeBob's house, there are arguments about the theme the house should be decorated in. Sandy resolves this by having everyone decorate a part of the house. Back on the surface, Rube is driving the bus through a park, when a dog's owner throws a frisbee and it chases after it. 

It catches it and gives it back to his owner, who throws it again. Patrick catches it, making the dog chase the bus until SpongeBob forces him to let the frisbee go. As the group is about to sing SpongeBob a happy birthday, Patchy suddenly stumbles by and almost hits the bus. Meanwhile, many people have came to SpongeBob's party. Sandy tries to control everyone, but they still wreak havoc and cause the walls of the living room to fall down. She starts dancing with Mrs. Puff, convincing the others to dance as well.

Rube drives through several areas of the surface until eventually he leads them to a business center, where they see what happens in there as well as a meeting where the business people wear gorilla masks, until it's lunchtime and they all go to the [[Trusty Slab]]. Rube drives them there, where human Patrick has trouble ordering food. Mr. Slabs notices this and realizes his fry cook hasn't made the burgers yet, so he demands that he make the burgers. SpongeBob gets out of the bus to check out his spatula, but ends up getting mistaken for cheese and gets put on a patty. Patrick gets SpongeBob out of there before he gets served.

Mr. Charleston comes and threatens to obtain the Slabby Patty secret sauce recipe, but Carol karate chops him, and Mr. Slabs tells everyone he is his lame competition from across the street instead of a robber and throws him out of the restaurant. As the bus is driving near an aquarium, human Pearl picks up the bus and puts it in the aquarium. Patrick pushes the bus from the outside to get them free, but SpongeBob says they can't leave all the fish behind and Patrick had found his true love, so they put all the fish in the bus and bring them as they are going back into the ocean.

Patchy and Potty have reached the edge of the beach, and use the cannon from Beach Blanket Bean-Go to shoot themselves to [[Bikini Atoll]]. Rube reaches back to SpongeBob's house. Patrick enters SpongeBob inside, and, despite his house destroyed and everyone having fallen asleep, loves that everyone gave him a surprise party. Right after, a giant present comes down from SpongeBob's biggest fan and inside is Patchy's head. They sing a birthday version of the [[SpongeBob SquarePants Theme Song]], while various celebrities wish him a happy birthday. When Patrick asks how old he's become, a TV static appears when he's about to answer, with an ending card stating "Thank You, Steve Hillenburg."
