"No Nose Knows" is the second segment of the seventh episode of season 6, and it is paired with "Giant Squidward." In this episode, Patrick gets a nose.

Plot[edit]
Squidward takes out his flowers after going to the grocery store, only for SpongeBob and Patrick to be inside. Squidward comments on how Patrick doesn't have a nose, making him realize he doesn't have one. After he sees that all his friends have noses except for him, SpongeBob tells him he should get one stitched onto his face.
After he gets nose surgery, Patrick starts smelling many things with his nose. After awhile, Patrick stumbles upon several bad smells, but when he goes home to get away from the bad smells, he realizes his entire house smells bad, so he cleans it.
48 hours later, his house is all clean, but he smells another terrible smell from imported cheese in Squidward's house, so he blasts it with a rocket launcher. He then smells SpongeBob as he's exercising, and puts corks in his holes. After that, he puts scented candles on all the tables at the Krusty Krab to prevent the smell and uses air freshener to finish the job.
Finally, he sprays air freshener on Sandy. Later, Mr. Krabs, Sandy, Squidward, and SpongeBob have a meeting about Patrick, and come up with a plan to get rid of Patrick's nose by putting a giant garbage ball near his house. SpongeBob knocks on his house and when he gets out, he sees the garbage ball and his nose disintegrates after smelling it. He gets sad, and afterwards they hold a funeral service for the nose.
