Plot[edit]
Mr. Krabs gets a letter from his grandfather that he'll be sailing over to his place for ship inspection. He gets worried because he went out of the pirate business awhile ago and if he found out he was lying about still being a pirate, it would break his heart. SpongeBob gives him the idea to turn the Krusty Krab into a pirate ship, so they get together a crew composed of them as well as Squidward and Patrick.
They turn the restaurant into a ship and the crew members make themselves look like trained pirates. Soon after, Redbeard Krabs swings by and starts checking out the crew members and the ship itself. Mr. Krabs uses practical effects to trick his grandfather into thinking they are on a real ship.
At some point, Redbeard sees real danger, which Mr. Krabs finds out is Pearl yelling for him. He's about to shoot a cannon at her, but Mr. Krabs stops him and right after, the cannon collapses. He goes down and tells Pearl to go home.
Redbeard starts figuring out all the practical effects Mr. Krabs has been using, making him confess that he's been lying and destroys the ship back down to his real business, the Krusty Krab. Redbeard ends up getting impressed by the restaurant due to the high prices of food, and takes some of Mr. Krabs' money as he leaves.
