At night, SpongeBob says he loves being at the Krusty Krab, making Squidward suggest he just live there. He ends up actually doing that, but realizes something's missing, so he makes the restaurant feel like [[SpongeBob's house|his old home]]. In the morning, SpongeBob has brought his bed over and pays Mr. Krabs rent for living there.

Squidward finds out SpongeBob now lives at the Krusty Krab and becomes joyous, and leaves the restaurant at night in a happy mood. The next day, SpongeBob has further made the Krusty Krab like his house, and has moved some of his stuff to Mr. Krabs' office, making Mr. Krabs annoyed.

Later, SpongeBob's parents arrive to the Krusty Krab, while Gary is wreaking havoc with his slime trails. SpongeBob slowly starts taking the manliness out of the restaurant with his things, making Mr. Krabs mad and tears the shower curtain down, only to realize SpongeBob's mom was in there. After the customers run out of the restaurant after realizing SpongeBob shaved Patrick's back hair, Mr. Krabs kicks him out, only for Squidward to move in afterward to get away from SpongeBob.
