'''"The Two Faces of Squidward"''' is the first segment of the nineteenth episode of [[season 5]], and it is paired with "[[SpongeHenge]]." In this episode, after [[SpongeBob]] accidentally hits [[Squidward]]'s face with a door and has surgery, he becomes handsome.

==Plot==
SpongeBob and Patrick are singing in the [[Krusty Krab]]’s kitchen. It annoys Squidward to the point where he marches to the kitchen, only to get slammed by the door as SpongeBob’s walking out. He gets taken to the hospital, where SpongeBob finds out he has to wait two weeks before they can find out if Squidward will be alright. Two weeks later, SpongeBob checks out Squidward, who’s getting his bandages removed. 

He constantly distracts him as the doctor’s cutting them. SpongeBob eventually stops and the doctor unwraps the bandages. It is revealed that he has become extremely handsome because of the operation. As SpongeBob and Squidward are walking in town, everyone is astonished by how handsome Squidward is, and several miracles occur for some citizens. They get back home by limo, where everyone crowds around [[Squidward’s house]] for the entire night. 

The next day, people start taking Squidward’s stuff and invade his private life, so he runs over and hides in [[SpongeBob’s house]]. Squidward doesn’t want to be handsome anymore, so he and SpongeBob run over to the Krusty Krab to slam the door on him to make him normal, while the crowd of citizens chase them and Mr. Krabs is happy as he thinks they are customers. 

After SpongeBob hits the door on Squidward several times, he becomes more handsome. As he’s chewing him out for getting him in this mess, a boot starts falling on him. SpongeBob pushes him out, causing him to hit a pole and turn back to normal. Everyone leaves, while Mr. Krabs tries to make Squidward handsome again.
