Plot[edit]

SpongeBob is cleaning Gary when the mailman delivers a videotape to him. In the video, he is crowned king of karate and is invited to visit Karate Island. He tells Sandy this news, but she feels suspicious as her karate is better than his and tags along with him. They arrive there by boat and meet Master Udon.

Sandy greets him, only for SpongeBob to push her away as he thinks he wants to meet the king of karate. He wants to see his moves and sends his best fighters to him. He easily defeats them, making Sandy further suspicious. Udon puts him on his throne while Sandy sits on a chair next to him. He acts cocky about being king of karate, annoying Sandy and making her leave. Suddenly, SpongeBob gets chained down to the throne.

Sandy hears SpongeBob in trouble and needing of help, so she tries to reach to the top of the tower where SpongeBob is being held captive. She first fights The Tickler, who she defeats by feeding him jelly-filled donuts. She then faces Lip Service and defeats her by using a hair-dryer on her lips. Finally, she faces Filthy Phil and defeats him as her water helmet prevents her from smelling him and he ends up smelling himself.

When she arrives at the top, he traps her in a cage and reveals that Karate Island was a scam to get people to buy real estate. Sandy breaks out of the cage and fights Udon until eventually she kicks him out of the tower. She and SpongeBob leave together, while Squidward arrives, thinking he's the King of Clarinets.
