Mrs. Puff is a female pufferfish and SpongeBob's teacher at Boating School. She first appears in the episode "Boating School". In most of her appearances, Mrs. Puff is unsuccessful at teaching SpongeBob to drive a boatmobile because he always panics while driving. Mrs. Puff eagerly awaits for SpongeBob to graduate Boating School. SpongeBob's reckless driving usually results in property damage, and as the teacher, Mrs. Puff is held responsible and gets sent to jail. Mrs. Puff is the love interest of Mr. Krabs. She is voiced by Mary Jo Catlett.
