Sandy's treedome
Sandy's treedome is the home of Sandy Cheeks in the SpongeBob SquarePants franchise. It first appears in "Tea at the Treedome", which is also Sandy's debut appearance.
Sandy's treedome is a dome with a preserved climate, and it contains a large tree and has grass on the ground. The treedome is filled with air rather than water, meaning that Sandy is not required to wear her underwater suit. Conversely, when other characters visit, usually SpongeBob or Patrick, they wear a water-filled helmet on their head because they are incapable of breathing air. Because of this, the entrance to Sandy's treedome is a small, enclosed room that drains the water from outside before guests can open another door into the dome itself.
Trivia[edit]
- Characters in Sandy's treedome shrivel up if they don't get any water. However, in the episode Pressure, characters are just fine going out of the water onto the island, which makes a plot hole.
