Plot[edit]
During SpongeBob and Patrick's early morning nature hike, they go into an ice cave. In there, Patrick accidentally gets his tongue stuck on ice, so his friend uses hot chocolate to get it out. This causes the ice to melt and Spongy Spongy to come out and hide in SpongeBob's bag.
He drags Patrick back to his house, and when he reaches his house, he puts his bag away. Spongy Spongy follows him as he goes to work, causing destruction along the way. While SpongeBob's making relish in the kitchen, Mr. Krabs calls him down as the police have come to arrest him for causing damage to the town, despite him not doing any of that.
Mr. Krabs makes Squidward man the grill, while Spongy Spongy is observing him behind some pots and pans, but accidentally crashes down. Thinking he's SpongeBob, Squidward tells him to start cooking. He takes an engine from someone's boat and uses it as the contents for a patty, but right before he eats it, Squidward takes it and gives it to several customers, who hate it and form an angry mob.
Spongy Spongy then starts hitting everyone with his club. Meanwhile, Mr. Krabs visits SpongeBob at jail, where he tells him that he's innocent, and afterwards this is proven correct after Spongy Spongy smashed into the prison after hearing SpongeBob's boots squeaking. After causing some havoc at the prison, he runs away and goes to City Hall.
SpongeBob meets up with him and tries to tell him to turn himself over to the police, but he doesn't want to. As he walks away, Spongy Spongy follows him, making him notice he likes his squeaky boots. After doing a short dance on the roof, the cave sponge tries to put on the boots, but they don't fit, making him so angry he stomps hard enough to destroy City Hall. However, he isn't put to jail as the place was going to get demolished next week, and everything goes back to normal.
