"Cephalopod Lodge" is the second segment of the fifteenth episode of season 6, and it is paired with "Grandpappy the Pirate." In this episode, SpongeBob and Patrick follow Squidward to his secret club, causing him to get kicked out.

Plot[edit]
At the Krusty Krab, SpongeBob notices that Squidward is happy and wonders why he's so happy on the third Wednesday. That night, he and Patrick follow Squidward as he's going to what turns out to the Cephalopod Lodge. An initiation occurs there, but SpongeBob and Patrick end up getting in and see it. Squidward gets angry at them, but the lodge leader bans him from the lodge for leading them there.
SpongeBob and Patrick try to apologize to the guard, but fail to tell who's fault was it out of the three. Squidward gets sad after hearing he can't come back to the lodge, but when he says SpongeBob and Patrick should make their own club instead of ruining his, they make their own club.
The three go to Squidward's house, where Squidward tries to shut them out, but they get in through the window. The two have made their own secret handshake, which is patty cake. Squidward kicks them out of his house afterwards. Later, SpongeBob and Patrick kidnap Squidward and take him to Jellyfish Fields to do the initiation for all three of them, which is having a jellyfish sting their tongues.
The next day, Squidward gets a box that he thinks has his lodge robes inside, but it turns out there was a chicken suit. SpongeBob and Patrick appear and say it's the uniform for their new lodge, and call themselves the Feather Friends.
After Squidward says he doesn't want to be apart of their club, they realize how special his old club was to him. As a result, SpongeBob and Patrick disguise in a sock and pretend to terrorize the lodge so Squidward can come to the rescue to save everyone. The plan works, but SpongeBob and Patrick accidentally reveal themselves, and the three get kicked out again.
