"Stuck on the Roof" is the second segment of the sixth episode of season 11, and it is paired with "No Pictures Please." In this episode, SpongeBob climbs the roof of the Krusty Krab to get a Krabby Patty out of the chimney, but his fear of heights prevents him from going back down.
Characters[edit]
Plot[edit]
SpongeBob is making Krabby Patties at the Krusty Krab, but when Squidward asks for an order, he accidentally bumps the Krabby Patty onto him and it gets sucked into the chimney, causing smoke to fill up the restaurant. Mr. Krabs tells him to go up to the roof to retrieve the patty. He succeeds, but accidentally slips on a ketchup stain and drops the patty onto the ground.
Mr. Krabs tells SpongeBob to come down now, but he doesn't want to go down. Sandy comes to get him down using her Extend-O-Boots, but they go out of control. Patrick tries to get him down by using a duck-float, but when he demonstrates that he should fall onto the float, he crashes into the ground instead, making SpongeBob more afraid.
At night, he's still stuck on the roof, so he sees what Squidward's doing. He feels bad that he's all alone, so he makes a shadow puppet of his hands so he won't be alone. However, this ends up scaring him. Later, SpongeBob finds some material near him on the ground and makes a bed out of it, but still feels lonely.
The next day, Mr. Krabs brings the grill to the roof so SpongeBob can still cook Krabby Patties. He's glad to see it, but still doesn't feel right, so he builds a workstation similar to his old one out of leftover materials. After making an order, he realizes he can't delivery them normally as he's stuck on the roof, so he sends them down using napkins.
When the customers obtain them, the patties are cold, so they go up to the roof to get fresher ones, leading to an entire business to be made out of this. Suddenly, it starts to rain, making the customers leave. To fix this, SpongeBob builds another Krusty Krab on top of the original.
However, the customers get bored as they are not outside anymore, until SpongeBob puts on some music to entertain them. Outside, the rain wears down the mud and the original Krusty Krab sinks while the above one goes down to the ground, making SpongeBob no longer stuck on the roof.
