"Kwarantined Krab" is the second segment of the twenty-first episode of season 12, and it is paired with "Who R Zoo?." In this episode, the Krusty Krab goes under emergency quarantine, but no one knows who carries the mysterious illness.

- This is the second episode that was not shown on nickelodeon the first being Mid-Life Crustacean because of the COVID-19 pandemic and not being kid friendly or appropriate because of Mid-Life Crustacean there was Patrick, Spongebob, and Mr. Krabs stealing his moms underwear, and with Kwarantined Krab because of the illness that could have been spreading in the episode some people relate to COVID-19 and they could think that they have the pandemic so these episodes were banned.[1]
