“Don't worry, SpongeBob. I'll help you find a great new home.”

"Unreal Estate" is the first segment of the second episode of season 10, and it is paired with "Code Yellow." In this episode, when Squidward convinces SpongeBob that he is allergic to his pineapple house, he helps find SpongeBob a new home.

Characters[edit]

Plot[edit]

SpongeBob is scraping barnacles off of his house, while Squidward is painting. When SpongeBob tries to use a hose to wash off the barnacles, it starts flailing all over the place and fills Squidward's house with water. When he comes out, SpongeBob accidentally puts the hose in him and fills him up.

After he turns off the hose, Squidward comments on how SpongeBob is annoying and should move away. When he starts sneezing, Squidward comments on how he may be allergic to his house, only for him to deny. Squidward gets the idea to fill SpongeBob's house with pepper so he'll have to move out, so he breaks into his house to do that.

The next day, SpongeBob wakes up and finds him sneezing throughout his morning routine. When he comes out of the house, Squidward notices he is sneezing and says he should move to prevent his allergies. Despite SpongeBob's memories of him and his pineapple home, he takes Squidward's suggestion and tries to find a new home.

They first look at several food-based homes, but SpongeBob doesn't like any of them. He then checks out a coffin, but he dislikes that too. Afterwards, he looks at a house with drawers, but Squidward tells him not to buy it after getting severely hurt from SpongeBob playing with the drawers. They then go to a castle, but SpongeBob doesn't like it as it's far from Bikini Bottom and is in the middle of a real-life restaurant serving fish.

Finally, they find an abandoned home with a futuristic interior. SpongeBob likes it, but Squidward tells him it's too cool for him and lives in it for him, and allows him to take his old home. Later, Squidward sleeps for the night and turns on the alarm, but it turns out it was a countdown and the home is actually a rocket. It flies into outer space and back to Conch Street. Since SpongeBob had taken his home and Patrick took the pineapple home, Squidward's forced to live in Patrick's house.
