Squidward

"SquidBob TentaclePants" is the second segment of the eighth episode of season 4, and it is paired with "Patrick SmartPants." In this episode, Sandy's new invention causes SpongeBob and Squidward to morph together.

Plot[edit]

Squidward wakes up and goes to work, excited for his clarinet recital tomorrow. At the same time, SpongeBob also goes to work and finds out about Squidward's clarinet recital. He sees Sandy making an invention and finds out it's a matter transporter. He makes Sandy use it to send him to the Krusty Krab, only to land in Squidward's arm as he's entering. They end up getting transported back together.

They exit the machine, with them being morphed together. Squidward asks Sandy to get them separated. She zaps them back into the transporter several times, but they are still morphed. They go to the Krusty Krab on a bike, and try to work while morphed. However, they struggle to the point where Mr. Krabs kicks them out until they get separated. They go back to Sandy, who has made a Molecular Separator Ray. \ However, she can't have it ready until the day after tomorrow, making Squidward panic as his clarinet recital is tomorrow, so she tries to get it ready before then. The two go home, only to collide their houses together due to being morphed. At the recital, Squidward is worried, until SpongeBob encourages him. He tries to play his clarinet while hiding SpongeBob in a big cape, with his performance being hated by everyone.

The cape falls off and everyone sees that they are morphed and start enjoying them. However, Sandy comes with the Separator Ray ready and separates the two, while Squidward tries to tell her not to do it. He starts playing his clarinet again, only for everyone to hate it and start to leave. Squidward wants to reverse it and tries using the machine, only to morph with several people.
